Wales for development capital to continue
its expansion. Its management has invested £11m in new
technology and facilities since 1999.
Afonwen has an impressive track record and strategic growth
plan. Its market knowledge has seen the company introduce new
product lines, such as a premier linen service, and introduce new
environmental technologies for recycling and disposing of
waste.
The outcome
The £1m investment means Afonwen can expand its client
base. It will introduce new products and services while
focusing on providing a premier laundry service. The
loan enables the company to further invest in new technology
and acquire new linen stocks.
